To coincide with Save The Children's official Christmas Jumper Day, Spiritualized, Band Of Skulls and Summer Camp with be performing at a special Christmas Tree Sessions evening of live music and festive readings. The event will take place at The Union Chapel, Islington on Friday 14th December.

The event is being held in support of the charities No Child Born To Die campaign.

Save the Children said, "Support of the Christmas Tree Sessions will help us give more children the nutritious food they need and help them fight killer diseases and keep them safe. This Christmas, let's help more children wake up to a bright future."

Also on the bill will be Caitlin Moran, Stuart Maconie, Chris Addison, Lee Nelson and Amy Key plus more too be added.

Spirtualized's Jason Pierce added, "Childhood is very precious, it should be protected and celebrated. I am happy to play at the Christmas Tree Sessions, and support the work Save the Children does to change the lives of children for the better . The Union Chapel has a great atmosphere. Perfect for Christmas."
