For their new album, Stornoway are doing something pretty different than their previous releases. For the first time they're working with a producer, Gil Norton (Patti Smith, Foo Fighters, Pixies) which means that their striking sound will be getting a fresh coat of polish.

They've teamed up with PledgeMusic for that aforementioned record, which will involve fans throughout the whole process of crafting the album. People who donate will be the first to hear the new record, and the band will be offering up rare and never-before-seen items to them as well.

If you want to hear some of those new songs live, you'll be able to do so at their Roundhouse Summer Session in London on 13 August. The rest of their upcoming tour dates are listed below, which includes a stop at Oxford's Truck Festival.
