Thanks to the wonderfully generous NPR, we can now hear the forthcoming new album from Bob Dylan.

Bob Dylan has dug around in his endless collection of old treasures to create Another Self Portrait (1969 - 1971).

Curated and collected using tracks he made during what were arguably his most dynamic years, at a time when his style was changing from folk super-fame into an artist who would become celebrated for his vision, creativity and unwillingness to remain the same.

Complete with full liner notes explaining Dylan's need to finally give these tracks a proper airing, sharing his ideal of each track sounding and feeling different to each listener. "Every listener to this set will find his or her center around which everything else revolves; so many of the performances have the depth, and the oddness, to work that way."
