Months before the release of her Unconditional EP, courtesy of Midnight Feature Records, Perth native KUČKA has introduced the sweltering glitter pop single 'Flux 98'.

Debuted on triple j and Stoney Roads, 'Flux 98' is a positively lush pop expulsion, aptly fitting the oncoming summer months. On the track, KUČKA explains:

"Flux 98 is about those days where the thought of waking up and getting out of bed is so much less interesting than the idea of sleeping in and dreaming. I genuinely believe that something in your brain is triggered there; maybe it's just the freedom from consciousness - like your ideas aren't being filtered so much. I tried to explain lucid dreaming to the old lady who lived next door to me when I was studying and she didn't get it, she kept telling me I was wasting my life by sleeping in the day time, and it was this conversation that was the starting point for the lyrics of the song."

The former A$AP Rocky collaborator's seven-track EP can be pre-ordered now on iTunes. Listen to 'Flux 98' below.
