If Anderson .Paak isn't on your radar yet, where have you been? He's becoming more than the man of the moment - he's the man of the (upcoming) year with features galore and his own forthcoming record Malibu. For now, he's teamed up with fellow Los Angelite TOKiMONSTA for her new single 'Put it Down'.

It's light, with an underlying and more frantic drum pattern until the bass drops in the chorus transforming it into the ultimate turn up anthem, helped in part by another Cali-based producer KRNE who appears to add some of that dirtier bass. "Anderson .Paak is a friend and an artist I've always believed in," TOKiMONSTA told The FADER, who premiered the track. "Our mutual respect for each other as family and musicians make our collaborations work so well, and 'Put it Down' shows a different facet to our collaborations. Also on board for this track is KRNE, who is an up-and-coming producer who was amazing to work with as well."

The track appears on her forthcoming mini-album Fovere which is released on January 29th. In the meantime, TOKiMONSTA is in the middle of a mini UK tour until December 8th.
