On January 25th London producer Swindle will be putting out his new album No More Normal via Brownswood Recordings. Ahead of that he's put out the bolshy 'Drill Work', a collaboration with grime artist Ghetts.
On 'Drill Work' Swindle lays out a cavorting and grandiloquent track, packed with bubbling beats and assertive horn injections, brimming with energy even before Ghetts jumps on. Once he does, he rides the production perfectly, taking us on a tour of his favourite spots around East London and beyond, relayed with a strutting and prideful delivery. The pair mesh in a hypnotic and intoxicating fashion, taking the grit of the city and turning into something beautiful and boast-worthy. Check it out below.
