Alex Lahey is a songwriter from Melbourne who’s released a damn great debut album. I Love You Like A Brother is one of those albums you play over and over again, without ever getting sick of it. If this was the '90s, you’d have already worn out the tape while driving with the windows down. But for as joyful as her music is, it rarely offers escapism. Instead, her songwriting reflects real experiences that we can all relate to and pour ourselves into with ease. She’s someone we’ve been dying to have on the show for quite some time, so we’re dead excited about sharing this episode with you. Ken Grand-Pierre linked up with Lahey in Manhattan to reflect on the mad year she’s had since releasing her album.
