There’s something almost cliche about going to LA to make a new album. The city offers escapism at every corner; the ability to delve into hedonistic tendencies so easily. Yet, we’re happy to share that this clearly wasn’t the case with Bob Moses, and the proof is in their new album, Battle Lines.

There’s an admirable level of focus with the album, and that focus is aimed squarely at the human condition. Over the course of the album, we’re faced with stories of people in difficult situations as dancey beats and beautiful instrumentation meets us at every turn. Ken Grand-Pierre caught up with Canadian duo to find out more about the project and what they have planned next.

“A lot of this album is a flowing journey we want to take people on.”
