One of the best traits a band can have is when they don’t let hardship define them. Take Nashville based outfit COIN: following hardship after hardship, the band stuck to their guns while also evolving their sound - which allowed them to create the well-received ‘How Will You Know If You Never Try’. It’s been upwards ever since, with sold-out shows and songs on the radio all over the states. And yet, to sit with the guys from COIN is to find them contemplating what’s next.

Ken Grand-Pierre spoke to the band about getting burned-out from touring, learning how to write again, how touring brings you closer together, and where the band hopes to go from here. Check out their conversation below.

“You don’t realize it when you’re in those moments, those moments the end up being special.”
