Based in Brooklyn, New York is a band called San Fermin who are truly unique. Over the course of three albums, the band has proven that they’re not just your average music theory geeks and that they excel at writing anthemic pop songs and expansive sonic landscapes in equal measure. Their latest offering, The Cormorant I (out October 4th), finds the band expanding their sound yet again - this time allowing a host of new collaborators to join the fold.

On this episode of the podcast, Ken Grand-Pierre chats with band-leader Ellis Ludwig-Leone about line-up changes, writing in Iceland, the ways this album is different, and what it really feels like to have a documentary made about you.

"Every time you revisit a memory, it changes a little bit."
