Samuel Duckworth has been a fixture of UK music for so long, it’s hard to imagine a world without him. His most prominent project, Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, is where he’s released songs that have resonated with not just his peers but people all over the country from various walks of life. And now he’s back with his newest record Young Adult - an album that questions what those words even mean; both together and separately.

Ken Grand-Pierre spoke to Duckworth about how life always inspires art, living a life where music is the focal point, what it means to be a young adult in 2018, and the importance of having politics in your life. Check out their conversation below.

“I don’t want to make records where the stimulus isn’t open.”
