The best storytellers are able to convey empathy within their work, especially in those intimate moments. Tyler Blint-Welsh is a photographer/writer who exemplifies these qualities. He’s a New Yorker who works for the Wall Street Journal and constantly engrains a human touch to his output. Ken Grand-Pierre sat down with Tyler to discuss how film photography became important to him and why that word, empathy, means so much to him.
