    Tall Ships – The Haunt // 12th October 2012

Falmouth's Tall Ships return to Brighton in support of their acclaimed debut LP Everything Touching; a strong contender for album of the year that sounds every bit as good live as it does on record.

    Gallows – Corporation// 12th September 2012

In support of their self-titled album released last month, the newly rejuvenated punks hit the road with new Canadian vocalist Wade McNeill, formerly of Alexisonfire. Let’s hope their live show doesn’t suffer without the antics of Frank Carter. A strong bill is completed by hardcore outfit Feed the Rhino and Plymouth bruisers Brotherhood of the Lake

    2manydjs – Motion // 13th October 2012

One of my favourite nights/gigs of all time was a Radio Soulwax gig at the Academy back in 2008. It's only the 2manydjs section at Motion, but there are very fewDJ sets out there that are as out right entertaining as these Belgian boys.

    Birds Need Feet presents Stockholm...

    Elliphant – Debaser Medis // 13th October 2012

This week is pretty slim when it comes to concerts in Stockholm but on Saturday rising Stockholm rapper is celebrating the release of her debut EP with a live set at Debaser Medis. Elliphant have released three excellent tracks earlier this year; 'In The Jungle', 'Tekkno Scene' and 'Ciant Hear It' and this is a good chance to see one of the most talked about new artists in Stockholm at the moment. It’s free before nine and support for the night is Colleagues, Almost A Band and Saturday Monday feat. Julia Spade.
