Josephine Vander Gucht and Anthony West make up Oh Wonder - a London-based band that's been winning hearts since 2014. The duo returned this year with their sophomore album, Ultralife, displaying the best components of their vision. The songs on Ultralife are dripping with euphoric moments, colour, and heartfelt vocals from both Gucht and West.

For the latest installment of the 405 Exchange Podcast, Ken Grand-Pierre spoke to the pair about the perfect time to release an album like Ultralife, the importance of engaging with your fans, why they both thrive in the studio, and the beauty of working with people who get your vision. Check out their conversation below, along with the video for 'High On Humans'.
