It's been nearly four years since Southend-on-Sea's The Horrors debuted its seminal LP Skying, for those who may have not noticed. Since the band's ascension as one of post-psyche's premier acts, The Horrors are primed for another remarkable album, with the forthcoming Luminous.

Self-produced and self-proclaimed as "fun and danceable", Luminous features the brand new 'So Now You Know', which debuted today on Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show. It's a more direct, aesthetically approachable single than 'I See You', the gnawing 7-plus-minute debut track from the record, which was released late last month. 'So Now You Know' cuts the time short, but keeps the brevity high, giving The Horrors a definite sense of a growing sound and scope.

Preview the new single below. Pre-order Luminous, which will be out May 5th on XL Recordings.
