Soon David Cameron won't have much to listen to anymore if some of his 'favorite' artists keep banning him from their music. Johnny Marr and Morrissey recently forbid the Tory leader from liking the Smiths, and now it seems that Paul Heaton of The Housemartins has echoed that statement for his former band.

In the Prime Minister's Questions, Cameron complimented The Housemartins, saying “Of course in terms of popular music Hull has a fantastic record, I remember, some years ago that great Housemartins’ album which was London 0 Hull 4.” Heaton naturally wouldn't stand for this, taking to Twitter to respond by saying "Well, apparently David Cameron likes London 0 Hull 4. Which part of the attack on his policies and rich friends did he like best?” He later added "When I took over my pub in Salford, the first people I barred was Cameron and (George) Osborne. That ban still stands."
