Oh, Aphex Twin, you mysterious entity of a man. The internet has unearthed a SoundCloud profile belonging to a certain "user48736353001", who has uploaded a tonne of tracks that are supposedly early Aphex Twin demos.

The user has only left one comment on SoundCloud, on Aphex's 'Diskhat ALL Prepared1mixed [snr2mix]‘. He spoke excitedly, saying “Would like to know the full setup for this track, brilliant music man. I love your early 90′s stuff so much, I was doing stuff in the early 90’s, similar to you but I didn’t know about you when I did it ! Im also 43 years old :) I’m going to be uploading it to soundcloud soon, gotta dust off the old DAT’s & cassettes!” That eager comment prompted a response from Richard D. James himself, who simply said “beautiful stuff, would love to hear more”.

James has a new album out today, of course, so now that user4873635301 has uploaded what's now at an uncountable amount of demos to the page, it seems pretty legitimate. Philip Sherburne over at Pitchfork has pointed out that there's a growing consensus about how real the collection is, so go have a look for yourself and head to the SoundCloud.
