Brighton indie band The Magic Gang recently got the amazing opportunity to go record at legendary Tuff Gong Studios in Jamaica.

This was all made possible thanks to Converse Rubber Tracks, a "global studio takeover" that sees 84 acts travelling the world and recording original tracks at twelve globally renowned recording studios – for free. How lucky is that?

The Magic Gang, who have an EP due out later this year, got to work with Jamaican rhythm section and production duo Sly & Robbie – quite the achievement for a band who only released their debut single 'No Fun' this spring.
