One of the premiere indie-pop bands around today, The Pains of Being Pure at Heart have been busy on the road supporting their most recent album Days of Abandon, which is one of the absolute sweetest records I've heard in ages. They'll release an extended version next week with five extra tracks, and you can stream the first of those below titled 'Poison Touch'. Vocalist Kip Berman worked with A Sunny Day In Glasgow vocalist Jen Goma on the song, saying “I wrote ’Poison Touch’ for Taylor Swift, but I think her number was in my old phone. So I gave it to A Sunny Day In Glasgow’s Jen Goma instead.”
