Update 2: The 10th anniversary edition of Give Up will include two brand new songs: 'A Tattered Line Of String', and 'Turn Around'.

Update: Sub Pop will reissue Give Up in February.

2013 looks to be the year that The Postal Service finally reform, according to a message on the group's website and Billboard.

Following the release of debut album Give Up in 2003, fans have speculated as to whether the group – a collaboration between Death Cab for Cutie’s Ben Gibbard and producer Jimmy Tambrello (of Dntel and Headset) – would release a follow up.

Talk of a second album first began back in 2007, but the project was delayed and seemingly shelved by 2012, when Gibbard said there were "no plans" to release another record. The message on postalservicemusic.net suggests that the group will now be active in 2013. Billboard reports that they band will appear at Coachella, and that 2003's Give Up will be reissued (which makes sense).
