Record Store Day is about to bring in a lot of interesting projects, but maybe none more intriguing than Thelonious Monk. In 1959, he recorded a soundtrack to French film Les liaisons dangereuses but the music from the movie was never released - until now.

Nearly 60 years later, the lost album will arrive on Record Store Day, which falls on April 22 this year. The album features bassist Sam Jones, drummer Art Taylor, and tenor saxophonists Charlie Rouse and Barney Wilen. Take a look at the tracklist and artwork here.
