In a subject dear to his heart, Thom Yorke has scored a feature-length documentary called The UK Gold, which is centered around tax evasion and set during the Olympic Games. It follows "a vicar from a small parish in the London Borough of Hackney as he goes head to head with an ancient and mighty heavyweight, revealing its central status as the tax-haven nerve centre of the world."

It features Dominic West (Jimmy McNulty from The Wire) and will premiere at the opening night gala of the East End Film Festival 2013 (tickets go on sale Thursday 23rd May from here).

The score will feature Robert Del Naja from Massive Attack and Elbow's Guy Garvey. [via CoS]
