Tidal is in some more hot water. What else is new. This time, former Tidal employee Lisette Paulson is suing the company for sex and pregnancy discrimination.

According to her plaintiff complaint, she was fired from Tidal the day after she requested arrangements be made for her to use her breast pump in a private room at work. She's now claiming that Desiree Perez, the Chief Operating Officer, asked her if she could just use the bathroom to pump instead. In that regard, Paulson is claiming that Tidal violated the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as New York state labor laws.
