Having previously expressed disapproval regarding Drake's plans of releasing a posthumous Aaliyah album, Timbaland has now confirmed his involvement in a similar project regarding Michael Jackson, deceased 4 years ago last June.

According to Revolt TV in a now deleted YouTube interview, the rapper and producer was signed up for the project by Epic Records CEO L.A. Reid, but apart from the lead track being called 'Chicago', little else was revealed.

2013 is becoming a very busy year for Timbaland, who already saw himself involved in Justin Timberlake's The 20/20 Experience, Jay-Z's Magna Carta Holy Grail, and is also attached to new Beyoncé's and Missy Elliot's forthcoming projects.
