TLC are finally releasing their first album in fourteen years. Earlier this year, the R&B icons launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise $150,000 in order to make a new album "completely on our own terms". They exceeded their target and raised $430,000 in just two months.

TLC's manager Bill Diggins wrote on the band's Facebook page last week that "the best is definitely yet to come," and he revealed that 15 songs have been completed for the album. It will be TLC's first studio LP without Lisa "Left-Eye" Lopes, who died in a car crash in 2002. No tracklist or release date for the as-yet-untitled album has been confirmed.
