To say that To Kill a King had a pretty strong 2014 would be an understatement - it saw them traveling to the states to open for Bastille's sold out US tour in addition to playing SXSW in Austin. They're about to kick off what's sure to be another exciting year with the announcement of their new self-titled album, the follow-up to their 2013 debut album Cannibals With Cutlery.

To Kill A King is out on 2 March via Xtra Mile Recordings and was recorded alongside Mark Crew (Bastille, Rag n Bone Man) and features their new song 'Love Is Not Control', which you can stream below. It finds the band exploring a more positive outlook and sound, as frontman Ralph Pelleymounter explained in a press release - “Compared to our last album, there has been a definite effort on this one to be more optimistic and more life-affirming.” The band are hitting the road in March to support the record, and all of the dates can be found after the tracklisting!
