The name Tommy Paxton-Beesley might not be the most familiar at this point in time, but odds are you've heard some work from the Toronto multi-instrumentalist. Known as River Tiber, his track 'No Talk' was featured on Drake's standout 'No Tellin' from this year's If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late. He also contributed work to Ghostface Killah and fellow Toronto outfit BADBADNOTGOOD's February release Sour Soul, and has collaborated with fellow emerging producers Frank Dukes and Wondagurl.

After earning praise from Gilles Peterson and Lefto, as well as the honor of being one of only three Canadian's selected to the Red Bull Music Academy Paris 2015, Paxton-Beesley is on the cusp of self-releasing his second official EP When The Time Is Right. The effort features the lush, yet light, R&B of 'Waves', which was co-produced by Kwikfiks, tabbing comparisons to Justin Timberlake and Tom Krell (How To Dress Well).

When The Time Is Right arrives September 16th with a full-length LP and tour dates on the way. Listen to 'Waves' below.
