Norwegian singer-songwriter Farao made her debut on The 405 recently with future release 'Skin', a breathtaking, woozy-pop kind of number.

So it's fitting that the photographs taken whilst she toured around Europe match that beauty - from the skilled hands of Jørgen Nordby who's website you should really check out for further work. Anyways the luscious 'Skin' is to be released on May 27th as a digital-only single and will also feature a remix from ambient-slash-techno kings Ghosting Season. For further visual feast-ing, make sure to watch the video here - and check out the tour dates at the base of the page.

Packing the van was a bit of a puzzle. A double bass isn't the most practical instrument to take on tour

Endless amount of driving on the Autobahn

Backstage at Little Waves Festival in Belgium

Moddi's pre gig warm up routine

Jørgen's birthday party in our hotel room. There was dancing and a lot of Dirty Projectors

I would be proud too

Our sound guy Truls brought his guitar with him, and I did solos on the ukulele. I did a quite impressive one where not a single note was in scale.

Played St Pancras Old Church in London. Amazing venue!

Working on our tan before sound check at Botanique, Brussels

Happy band family on tour

Moddi popped up on stage with his trumpet, during my set in Paris

Last gig of the tour was in the basement of Moulin Rouge in Paris. We drove all the way back to Oslo straight after the gig. 22 hours in the van and 2000 km in one go. Tour FTW.
