We've been waiting a long time for it, through a torrent of amazing singles, and now finally London pop duo IDER have announced their debut album. It's called Emotional Education and comes out at the height of the summer, July 19th, on Glassnote.

The announcement comes with a new single called 'Wu Baby', which picks up the thread from 'Brown Sugar', with Megan Markwick and Lily Somerville expressing their sexuality as they assert: "I could be your girlfriend." The build up to that final statement is jaw-dropping, with IDER exerting themselves over thunderous beats and thrilling dynamics, their intertwined vocals a perfect match as they ascend the dramatic production. Lyrically as well as vocally they play into the epicness of the track; every sensation is a thunder strike, every inclination is a risk, every desire is a prayer - and it's electrifying.

IDER's debut album Emotional Education is out July 19th on Glassnote (pre-order). They've announced a headline tour too (with dates supporting Sigrid later in the year):
