London band Night Flowers have been on a hot streak since their appearance a few years ago, releasing a string of well-received 7"s and EPs. This will culminate in the release of their debut album Wild Notion on April 13th.

As a final nudge for those who haven't yet caught the bug, Night Flowers have today released 'Hey Love' from the album, along with a video. With its lilting vocal line and major key power-pop chords, 'Hey Love' is a perfect ray of sunshine bursting through an overcast sky. It's a song of encouragement and togetherness, that really makes you appreciate how much your close friendships really mean to you; these are the people who will pick you up when you're down, help you overcome your fears and support you through thick and thin. All these feelings of peace and togetherness absolutely washes over you as you listen to the bright and breezy 'Hey Love'.

These feelings are also picked up in the video; guitarist Greg Ullyart says of it: "The song is basically about friendship and positivity through hardship, which sometimes feels more difficult as you get older. We wanted something uncynical and real, so we all had a nice day out on the Humber coast and filmed the girls hanging out, just doing what they do naturally."

Watch 'Hey Love' below.

There will also be 50 limited edition cassettes of 'Hey Love', two of which will have secret golden tickets inserted, which reward the finder with a test press of the album! Order one of those here.
