French-Canadian techno-pop artist Marie Davidson only just released her excellent album Working Class Woman last month, but she's already back with some new material. On November 30th she'll be releasing 'So Right' from the aforementioned album as a 12" single, and backing it is a new track called 'La Ecstase' (as well as a John Talabot remix of 'So Right'), which is available digitally today.

For 'La Ecstase', Davidson has teamed up with a fellow Red Bull Music Academy alumnus Lamusa II, and together they take us into a New York dancefloor at 6AM. Although they're pulling from similar sound palette to Davidson's Working Class Woman, 'La Ecstase' is a more serene and spaced-out affair. Together they harness the feeling of a long night of dancing, when you probably can't feel your legs anymore, but you still feel the blissful beats and melodies washing over you, delivering 'La Ecstase'. Sung in both French and Italian, the song emphasises the universality of this euphoria, and the connection that electronic music can bring when in a state of pure joyous exhaustion.

Check out both 'La Ecstase' and Silent Servant's drilling remix of the track below.
