Sports Team are a London-based band whose reputation has been building via word of mouth around their explosive live performances. They released their debut EP Winter Nets in January, and are keeping the hype train alive by releasing new single 'Kutcher'.

When you see the title 'Kutcher', if you're of a certain generation, your mind will surely go to the host and star of MTV's Punk'd - and that's exactly who Sports Team are referring to on their new track. It's not an ode to the MTV Star, but uses him as a metaphor for relationship tangles. Listing various little ways to get back at an ex, Sports Team claim "Ashton Kutcher's got nothing on you." However, this jibe is flipped on its head for the rollicking coda, where they claim "I just wanted to be your mid-noughties MTV star." Take a ride on 'Kutcher' below.
