If you're one that listens to the tastemakers and bloggers, then you'll already know that Mabel is set to be one of 2016's most exciting new entities in pop music. Her debut release 'Know Me Better' is already a firm favourite across the blogosphere, while her new single 'My Boy My Town' appears to be following in its footsteps. However 'My Boy My Town' has gotten something of an upgrade over 'Know Me Better' - it's got a video to go with it.

Directed by Bafic (who by a weird coincidence also recently directed a video for her mother, Neneh Cherry), it's a rather simplistic black & white clip, but as Mabel herself says, it reflects the honesty and bareness of the track. Speaking to The FADER, she said, "there are only a few different elements in this video and that's because I didn't want to have anything to hide behind. It's still early days for me so I've still got so much to learn about myself and my capabilities--but with making this video I definitely showed myself that this is where I'm supposed to be."

'My Boy My Town' is available now on iTunes via Polydor Records.
