Hailing from Zagreb is singer-songwriter Mary May, a newcomer indie-folk artist whose voice and overall approach to music you'll fall in love instantly. Her debut single 'Softest Tune' is the first taster of a forthcoming 13-track album, and we're happy to premiere its stunning video today at The 405.

"'Softest Tune' is the first song from my upcoming album that I recorded a cappella on my phone and showed it to some friends, with no plan or wish to ever do anything with it," she explains. "One night out, my current producer heard it playing from my friend's phone and invited me to his studio to record it, just for fun. So, in a nutshell, 'Softest Tune' found its way out of the confinement of a phone by itself, and by doing that it also let me out of my own confinement. Things moved from there so easily that it seemed like a dream. It still does."

The clip was directed by 73collective members Sebastian Iversen Søgård and Mário Macedo, with Filip Romac in charge of the gorgeous cinematography. Check it out below, and be sure to follow Mary May on Facebook for further information on the LP.
