Although BEAK> have put out plenty of music in recent years, from this year's rarities collection L.A. Playback, to 2016's Couple In A Hole OST, to last year's Christmas single 'Merry Xmas (Face The Future)', they have not released a true album since 2012's >>. Last year they unveiled the single 'Sex Music', which hinted that something might be in the works, and it has been confirmed in the last week that BEAK> will be releasing a new album in the near future.

While the details of it remain hazy, BEAK> has put out a hallucinogenic live-in-studio performance of a brand new track called 'Allé Sauvage' from the forthcoming album. Holed up in Geoff Barrow's Invada Studios, the trio sit cohabiting with their instruments, beaming out an extended 7-minute kraut jam that goes back to the roots of the band's sound. Accompanied by overlaid visuals from video artist John Minton (Portishead, Savages), the clip makes for a tantalising vision of what's to come from BEAK>.

You can hear and see more of this new material as BEAK> hit the road later this year. Catch them at these dates:
