Tomorrow will see the release of Uppers & Downers, the debut album from Marlon Rabenreither aka Gold Star. In celebration of the release, he has put together a fun-loving and friend-filled clip for recent single 'Get It Together (C'mon)', which was inspired by That '70s Show and directed by Gilbert Trejo (son of actor Danny Trejo). Marlon explains how it came into fruition:

"The idea came together when my manager, Gilbert, and I sat down for dinner and began talking over some ideas. The premise was basically a riff on the “That 70’s Show” intro sequence whilst slowly revealing that it was a low budget music video being made in a garage in the valley. Gilbert got the car and everything else together and so I just called some of my friends and asked them to show up.”

The retro video, chock full of good times, perfectly couples with Gold Star's openhearted song. The melody of 'Get It Together' is warm and welcoming, and the clips of Marlon and his friends singing and swaying along with the indelible melody is sure to bring a smile to your face - especially at the ultimate reveal of the video. Check it out below.
