Last year 'Holy 57 released the third in his series of mini-albums, L, further broadening his palette while staying true to his playful songwriting. One of the highlights from the album is 'Alison', and this week we're being reminded of that by its stylish new video.

Conceived and directed by award-winning short film maker Franz Galo, is loosely based on the postmodern novel The Magus. We're told " It sees the protagonist Nicholas travel helplessly through mind and matter as he wanders agonisingly through the streets of London, reliving bittersweet memories with his ex-lover Alison."

The engrossing clip manages to capture both the lighthearted side of the romance, while emphasising and deepening the emotional punch of the song. Check it out below.

The video comes ahead of a new single from Holy '57 called '25/1 (Neon Lights)', due later this week. Keep up to date with that and all things Holy '57 by following his Facebook and Twitter.
