Shortly before the news that Kanye West gave former NBA player Lamar Odom a preview of his newest album SWISH during his medical recovery (who "loved it" according to Kim Kardashian), Yeezy stepped into Oxford University's Guild Society for a special speech.

During the speech, which can be seen in full below, West addressed a myriad of issues, from the Nicki Minaj's role on 2010's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy track 'Monster', to the excessive pricing of high fashion.

On the former, the always-boisterous West said, "One of the best thing about the album was Nicki Minaj, and that she kicked my ass, on my own song, on the best album of the last 25 years. I was exiled from my own country, came back with my magnum opus, and I was beat by a girl."

Addressing fashion's excess of prices, which he will be contributing to soon with the launch of his own line with Adidas, he said, "Clothing should be like food. "There should never be a $5,000 sweater. You know what should cost $5,000? A car." Which is nice, but there are $5,000 cars. They're just used and covered in cigarette burns and have a leak in the trunk that for whatever reason was not mentioned during the selling period.
