Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear got the band back together to celebrate Nirvana's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. To celebrate performing together for the first time in 22 years, the band played a four-track set at Brooklyn's Barclays Center with a revolving cast of singers.

The band were inducted by R.E.M.'s Michael Stipe ("they spoke the truth and people listened") - which was followed by a handful of speeches.

In terms of performances, Joan Jett joined the band for 'Smells Like Teen Spirit', Kim Gordon for 'Aneurysm', St. Vincent for 'Lithium' and Lorde for 'All Apologies'.

Watch some of the highlights below. Oh and yes, that's Dave Grohl and Courtney Love hugging it out above.
