We're teaming up with Tom Robinson, one of our all-time favourite dudes over at BBC 6 Music's Now Playing show, and we need your help!

All you have to do is let us know who you think should be nominated for this years Mercury Prize. SIMPLE. Right?!

There are two rules: The acts have to be British or Irish. The album has to have been released between September 11th 2012 and September 9th 2013. Those are the two rules.

Other than that, anything goes. Throw down your favourite records and whichever is the most popular we'll put forward on the show this Sunday night. Whether you rate firm favourites like The Next Day by David Bowie or If You Wait by London Grammar, or you'd rather something a little more esoteric and fun like the Melt Yourself Down record win - let us know!
