"Oh, don't start me on Blur," says producer William Orbit when explaining to the NME why he won't be working with the band again.

"Put it this way, I'm not going to work with them again -- Damon was really awful," Orbit says. "That's all I'll say. Let's put it this way, I wouldn't care to go back. I wouldn't be hurrying back to do that album. I didn't get paid! But, you know, I'm not the first."

Having worked on the band's 13 and Think Tank albums, Orbit had already described Albarn as "kinda a shit to the rest of Blur" and last year also commented publicly about the sessions for a new album having been abruptly halted. Now he says he wasn't even paid for his time recording with the band: "Damon was really awful," he added. [via FACT]
