London-based trio Yak have announced they'll be releasing their debut album this spring.

Alas Salvation was recorded with Pulp's Steve MacKey and is due out on May 13th via Octopus Electrical. Among its 13 tracks is their previously released hit track 'Hungry Heart', as well as the newly unveiled opening cut 'Victorious (Official Anthem)', whose VHS-inspired video you can watch below.

They'll be playing a fairly extensive UK/US/EU tour which includes two London shows, one supporting King Gizzard at the Electric Ballroom next week, and other at Dingwalls in May. Check out all their UK dates below.
