This is just… like, so entirely groovesome that I cannot help but like it. It's not just the inescapable future house feel of the track, the syncopated synth chord stabs, clacking and glittering all the way through this track. As such, the darkness of the video with flashes of colour, stilled moodiness and explosions of passion, "blurring between the lines between lust and love" (says director, Sing J Lee), illustrates it very well.

It's called 'Desire' and it's by Years & Years (whose performance on Jools Holland last week I was super impressed by), and features those distinctive R&B-esque vocals, rippling with emotion, challenging indie stereotypes by being so entrenched in various types of pop.

Their latest single, 'Desire' is out 23rd November, by which point they will already be out on tour (dates below).
