Brooklyn native Adrian Galvin under his pseudonym Yoke Lore pushes the boundaries of folk music to an exciting and innovative place and no more is this evident than in his brilliant 'Snow Day'. Galvin manages to fuse the experimentalism and grandeur of Animal Collective with a unique subtly and tenderness, helped in part by his soft, delicate vocals.

The track is now perfectly accompanied by a raw, road-trip style video, which sees Galvin travel from NYC to his father’s house. Of the video, Galvin said: "I shot this video because my father gave me music, and I wanted to show my gratitude. It is such an incredible gift I have been given, so I wanted to give a gift of music in return…It is so important to appreciate what music does for us. It connects my father and I. It binds us in time and space and feel and sound."

The track comes from Yoke Lore’s wonderful EP Far Shore EP, which is released on the ever brilliant B3SCI Records. He will be our on tour with Handsome Ghost in December at the following venues:
