"'Echo' is a dreamy love letter to someone you will love but haven't met yet," says Young Summer (Bobbie Allen) in an interview with Billboard. "The feelings so strong that you've painted them in your mind as if you already know them. This song speaks directly to them, wherever they are: 'You're drowning in the sound / I'm coming back for you now / Can you hear my echo?'"

The track, which follows the release of her previous singles 'Alright', 'Paused Parade', and 'Fallout', comes from Allen's forthcoming EP You Would Have Loved It Here, which officially arrives October 28th. It'll be the first proper release from the Washington D.C. singer-songwriter since her 2013 debut LP Siren.
