To this day, Cults' 2010 breakout hit 'Go Outside' still ranks high on most people's favourite indie summer anthems, but prepare to be pleasantly surprised. The New York dream-pop duo are back with something a little heavier called 'I Can Hardly Make You Mine'.

Taken from their upcoming second album Static, the single boasts a tighter retro sound complete with scruffy riffs and frontwoman Madeline Follin's signature sugar-coated vocals. The middle eight here is pretty spectacular, too. Static is slated to drop on October 14/15th.
