It's been 8 years since Thom Yorke and Bjork collaborated with each other on I've seen It All for the soundtrack to Dancer in the Dark. If only they could get together more often. Starting with an etheral build up the song quickly kicks in with some tribal beats and a pulsing synth note, and of course Bjorks trademark vocals. Weaving in and out of the background is Thoms voice, frozen in the Icelandic fog. The song is simplistic in its beauty. Keeping up the same drum tattoo throughout the song with both formidable vocalists voices drifting in and out of it like a dream. Its good to hear that Bjork is back on form after the patchy Volta. I would certainly like to hear more from these two in the, hopefully not too distant, future.
