What a line-up right?

On Saturday at The Forum in Kentish Town Metal Face DOOM, baby-faced Bishop Nehru, and BADBADNOTGOOD (who started to soundtrack the audience getting shit-faced), all played a night hosted by Lex Records and ATP Presents.

Toronto-based BADBADNOTGOOD (or BBNG if you will) have become one of our favourite live acts of this year following cataclysmic performances at Glastonbury and Lovebox over the summer while on their European tour, and once again did not disappoint. The trio's set featured instrumental covers of a jazz-infused hurricane variety, including Fly Lo's 'Pretty Boy Strut' and a devastating rendition of 'Buggin' by TNGHT that whipped the crowd into a frentic mess, circle pits and everything - before ending on an elongated tour de force of 'Lemonade', that somehow went a level higher.

Prior to that prodigious rapper Bishop Nehru did what he does best with some old school flow at some seriously mind-boggling speed - check our our session we filmed of him over the summer for a taste. DOOM finished the evening off in a somewhat underwhelming manner, but hey he's DOOM and can do what he wants right?
