Tucked in a courtyard behind a jewellery store on Elizabeth Street, Gogo Graham showed her fifth collection this past Thursday at 7:30pm. The presentation was short, as viewers only got five minutes in the courtyard to view Graham's Spring Summer 2017 designs. Groups of fifteen were escorted in while the models stood ready. The mood inside was very light-hearted and anxious, but outside, there was a more subdued atmosphere that almost felt surreal.

Immediately upon entering the courtyard, models stood around the exterior, posed in various ways, all reflecting their own personality. The garments also appeared to be designed to reflect the personalities of the women they were created for. As guests walked around, the models either remained still or slowly moved into different positions.

One model crouched near the ground, while another stood with shoulders back and feet apart, a stance that exuded confidence and power. The bright green garment with wire bra the model wore echoed this attitude. The top draped across the model's shoulders and cascaded down her back and shoulders, falling onto the floor in front of her feet. Coloured wire formed the bra and top her dress, like many of the other looks as well.

Other noteworthy aspects of the show include the wrapped footwear, a beautiful deep V-neck sheer lace midi dress, and the very intricate wire detailing that came in everything from a choker to bras worked into the garments. Graham even made denim flirty with lace and unique tailoring.

Overall, the looks were feminine and sensual, with contrasting details such as the use of black, wire detailing, and the chokers many models wore with delicate lace pieces.
