Stumbling upon the drying grass at any music festival, one's wondering eye can peer into the horizon of sunglasses and calculated face paint and wonder, "Wow, is everyone just hooking up here?" The answer, as it always was from the '60s to today, is yes. Now, the casual festival hookup isn't some mysterious ornament of the lucky few. It's, well, easy if you aren't the festival's drunkest person - and that's assuming you don't end up with the festival's second drunkest person. In which case, gold! But now, somehow, someway, technology made that part of life even easier.

Thank Glance, the brand new hookup app specifically designed for music festival attendees. Think of it simply as Tinder for a weekend, but based on the event the person is attending. App designer Jeron Jochems explains, "Glance connects you to likeminded people attending the same festivals and club nights as you. If someone likes you back it’s a match and you could go together. Bye bye awkward dates with people you have nothing in common with. Hello event driven dating.”

The app is exclusively available for iOS at the moment and can be downloaded at the iTunes Store. So for you Android and Windows phone users, tough luck. Guess you'll have to hookup the old fashioned way, by going to a festival and listening to music and just standing there until someone stumbles into you and that's good enough.
